Defined in: packages/protocol/src/messages.ts:422

A debugging command from a client, a text frame the server honours only when its debug commands are on (a test-* level, or FOI_DEBUG=1): drop a chaser behind the player, on foot or in a car of a class with a crew of so many (the driver included, clamped to the car's seats), with a behaviour profile by name and any of its numbers and switches tuned ({ approachDistance: 9, fire: false }; the server keeps the fields it knows and clamps them); clear every chaser; make the player's character invincible (on), or mortal again; put the player (in the car they drive, or on foot) on a road of the level by its name, halfway along it in its right-hand lane, facing along it (or in a garage's bay, beside a shop's counter, at one of the game's places on its floor); set the player's Wanted level to so many stars (0 clears it), where the room has police; give the player's character its own full health (healed to it; kept across deaths and level resets); set the room clock to a time (minutes after midnight) or a pace, or skip it hours on (the page says so); stand a pedestrian at a post ahead of the player (metres along the way it faces; a range dummy that respawns there); set the health of the car the player sits in; or set the weather: a kind at an intensity from now on, its natural climate again (without a kind), and whether night shortens sight; or drop the server's side of the client's WebRTC data channel without telling it (rtcDrop), which proves the client's fall back to the WebSocket (rtc.ts).
