throwOff(sim, eid): void

Throws a rider off a two-wheeler blowing up under it (fire.ts): set down at its seat's door with the machine's velocity and knocked down, the dead to lie there as the dead do (and come back as they do), a survivor (whom only infinite health or the griefing rules spare) to tumble and get up. Nothing for a character on foot.
