The spin a person hit turns back over the car with (rad/s): a quarter turn in all as the tumbling dies away (TUMBLE_DAMPING), from standing to lying, whatever the speed, so it comes down lying along the road, not on its head (a stiff capsule landing on its end at speed vaults up over it).
