enterVehicle(sim, eid, vehicle, seat?): boolean

Seats a character in a vehicle, on its lowest free seat (the driver's seat first) unless seat says which, and switches its body off; at the wheel, a car nobody owns becomes the driver's (locks.ts). Returns false when the car is full or unknown. This is the seating itself, at once: the interaction key gets in by the door first (boarding.ts).
