The radio's deck on <audio> elements (radio.ts' RadioDeck): an element streams what it plays (no whole file decoded first) and plays any address without CORS, a web radio's too. An item starts at its offset (the station's live moment) once its length is known; a browser that will not play before the player has touched the page (autoplay) plays at their first key or click. Its volume is its own: the settings' master volume is already in the volume it is given.
