apps/client/src/ui/DebugOnly
The legend's debug options (the chasers, Go to, the clock, the weather), which only a server that takes debug commands honours (its welcome's debug: a test-* level, npm run dev, FOI_DEBUG=1; never a platform's rooms): where the welcome says it takes none, DebugOnly greys them out (a disabled fieldset: neither a click nor a key reaches them, described by the note) and DebugOff says why, instead of their doing nothing. Where it is unknown (an older server's welcome says nothing) they stay offered.
