The Settings screen, on the main menu and the pause menu alike: the rows of SETTING_ROWS in four sections (the sound, the controls, the display, the privacy), a slider of stepped segments or a switch each, a slider that tunes a switch (the zoom out at speed's strength and response) dimmed while the switch is off; the privacy's end with a new anonymous id for the reports (telemetry.ts) and the privacy policy and the terms. The menu around it owns the keys (up and down choose a row, left and right change it: nudgeSetting); the mouse picks a row and clicks a segment or the switch.
