The tools a creation's model calls: the five-on-it MCP server (@foi/mcp) run in this process over the SDK's in-memory transport, acting as the job's own session, so the model has exactly the rights of that session (apps/api's JOB_ROUTES) and nothing more. Of its tools, the eleven a creation needs (CREATION_TOOLS) are offered as functions in the chat-completions shape, and one more, read_resource, reads the guides, the bundled examples and one template's level spec schema (never the game document's 140 KB schema, the whole catalogue or a city's spec; a long text is cut at RESOURCE_CHARS).
