apps/level-editor/src/scripts/blocks/district
Marks a node of the editor scene as an area of a district: a square on the ground at the node's origin, scaled to the area's width (x) and depth (z), turned with yaw only. Every block naming the same district joins its areas into one district of the level, and they must agree on its title (what the minimap writes over it; its name with capitals when empty), its satire theme (tech-campus, old-town…; empty for none) and the pedestrians' roles it suggests (roles with weights: commuter*6 jogger*2). The generator writes one per block of a generated town. The library's block:district carries it: place instances of that mesh for npm run level:export to read.
