Process entrypoint of the MCP server over stdio, for local development: Claude Code starts it (the repository's .mcp.json), and it calls the API at FOI_API_URL with the session FOI_API_TOKEN, or as the creator FOI_EMAIL and FOI_PASSWORD sign in as. Standard output is the protocol's, so the server speaks on standard error.
