A reader for the glTF binaries Blender exports (assets/blender/foi_export.py): the JSON and binary chunks, the scene's top-level nodes with their subtrees, each turned into one piece mesh (positions and triangle indices, one draw group per primitive with its material's base colour, the node's rotation and scale baked in, its translation dropped: a piece is defined around its own origin) and the node's extras. Only what the kits need: triangles, 16- or 32-bit indices, float positions, no skins, no morphs, no textures. Plain buffers in, so no engine is needed (Babylon's matrix math only).
